These Terms govern your use of ClueSignal (the "Service"), operated by ClueSignal ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

ClueSignal is a reverse lookup service that compiles information from publicly available web pages, public records, and approved third-party data providers. We support phone number, email, image, and VIN lookups for personal informational purposes only.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
• You must comply with all laws applicable to your use of the Service.

3. Account Rules

• You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential.
• One person per account; do not share, resell, or sublicense access.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription & Pricing

• 7-day trial: $1.69 for 7 days, includes 2 lookup credits.
• Renewal: Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription auto-renews at $29 every month.

• 10 credits — C$24.99
• 25 credits — C$49.99
• 50 credits — C$89.99

Credits are consumed when you run a lookup. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable once used.

5. Report Access

Reports you generate are accessible in your account for 120 days from creation. After that, reports may be deleted or archived.

6. No Guarantee of Accuracy

Information is sourced from public records and third-party providers and may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or missing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any result.

7. Public-Data Disclaimer & Important Limitations

• ClueSignal does not provide real-time location tracking.
• We do not access private accounts, private messages, or password-protected content.
• We do not perform facial recognition or biometric identification.
• We do not verify identities or perform background checks.
• ClueSignal is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA or similar laws. Results must not be used for employment, tenant screening, credit, insurance, education, or any other eligibility decision.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for stalking, harassment, intimidation, doxxing, surveillance, or to harm any person. You may only upload images you have the legal right to use. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClueSignal and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
