Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes when refunds may be available for ClueSignal subscriptions and credit purchases.
Key Rule — Credits Used = No Refund
Refunds are only available before any credit has been used. Each lookup costs us money with our upstream data providers the moment it runs, so once a credit has been consumed against your account we are unable to issue a refund for that purchase.
Trial Charges
The $1.69 trial charge is non-refundable once any lookup credit has been used. If no credits have been used, request a refund within 7 days.
Subscription Renewals
Subscription renewals ($29 every month) are billed in advance. To stop future charges, you must cancel before your next renewal date — see Cancel Subscription. Past charges are non-refundable once any credits from that billing period have been used.
Credit Packs
Extra credit packs (10 / 25 / 50 credits) are non-refundable once any credit from the pack has been used. Unused packs are refundable if requested within 7 days of purchase.
Discretionary Refunds
We may issue refunds at our discretion for billing errors, duplicate charges, or service outages that materially affected your ability to use the Service.

Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues can be resolved directly.
