Refunds take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

We can't track it once processed. Please contact your bank — they'll help sort it out.

If 10 business days have passed and the refund still hasn't posted, email billing@cluesignal.com with your refund confirmation and we'll resend proof of the refund.
