Troubleshooting Technical Difficulties
Most issues are fixed by a quick refresh. If you're still stuck, try the steps below before contacting support.
Report won't load or shows "scanning" forever
- Refresh the page and wait 10–20 seconds — large reports can take time to assemble.
- Disable browser extensions (especially ad blockers and privacy extensions) for cluesignal.com.
- Try a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) or an incognito/private window.
I can't sign in
- Make sure you're using the same email you signed up with.
- If using Google sign-in, the email shown in Google must match your ClueSignal account email.
- Request a new sign-in link from the login page.
Lookup returned no results
- Double-check formatting — phone numbers should include country code, emails should be spelled exactly.
- Some records are simply not publicly available. Try the same identifier on a different lookup type (e.g., email instead of phone).
Credits or unlocks didn't apply
Refresh your dashboard. If still missing after 1–2 minutes, email support@cluesignal.com with the order confirmation.
