Understanding the Subscription Process
If you were surprised by a charge from ClueSignal, it's helpful to review how our enrollment process works. To ensure transparency, we require several active steps before any billing occurs:
- Account Creation: Users must manually enter an email address and link a valid payment method.
- Plan Selection: You cannot complete registration without explicitly choosing a specific subscription tier. The costs and terms of these plans are displayed clearly on the selection screen.
- Mandatory Agreement: Access to the service is only granted after you have confirmed your chosen plan and agreed to the subscription terms.
Managing Your Account
To help keep you informed, we send a Welcome Email immediately following registration. This message includes:
- Full details of your chosen subscription plan.
- Step-by-step instructions on how to manage or cancel your account.
Note: If you cannot find this email, please check your spam folder or log in to your account dashboard to view your billing status.
