Refund and Cancellation Policy
At ClueSignal, we're committed to your satisfaction. Please review this policy to understand your options for cancellations and refunds.
Subscription Cancellation
- Trial Period (1.1): Cancel via designated channels before the trial ends. If charged anyway, contact us — we'll verify and refund if timely.
- Post-Trial (1.2): Continuing after trial means agreeing to recurring billing (see below).
Recurring Billing Disclosure
- Agreement (2.1): Subscriptions auto-charge at your plan's interval until canceled.
- Billing (2.2): Fees are charged in advance each cycle.
- Cancellation (2.3): Cancel anytime via your welcome email instructions, account settings, the Cancellation Hub, or support to stop future charges.
- Refunds (2.4): No refunds once a cycle starts, but canceling before the next cycle avoids that charge. Access continues until cycle end.
No-Refund Conditions
- Activated Subscriptions (3.1): Non-refundable except as noted above.
- Trial Continuation (3.2): Cancel during trial to avoid renewal — no refund needed. Post-trial, it's non-refundable.
- Mid-Cycle Cancellation (3.3): No refunds for active cycles; access lasts until end.
- Partial/Unused Periods (3.4): No refunds for time not used within a paid cycle.
